PACE™ (Paragon Assignment Cost Estimator) provides comprehensive, customizable, and multi-currency cost estimates, including hypothetical tax. PACE can be utilized for global assignments and cross border moves for over 45 countries. This tool is managed by a team of experts who understand the components necessary to capture total spend management. An estimate can be created for an assignment for 1-6 years. The estimated cost may be tailored to compute tax costs of different types of international assignments policies, including tax equalization, tax protection, and allowance gross-up only.
