Mary Legate, CRP, GMS
Senior Vice President, Global Mobility Consulting
Mary Legate is Senior Vice President, Global Mobility Consulting for Paragon Global Resources, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Ms. Legate has more than 30 years of relocation industry experience. She is responsible for several functional areas at Paragon including Learning Resources, Human Resources, Paragon Decision Resources, and Business Alliance. She is also president of GenEquity Mortgage, the mortgage subsidiary of Paragon. Within this function, Ms. Legate is a licensed loan officer. Serving in the relocation industry for more than 30 years, Ms. Legate has managed all aspects of client relations and operations, starting as a consultant and working through everything from on-site relocation centers to group moves to managing branch operations. Ms. Legate graduated with a BBA from Stephen F. Austin University in Texas and is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and holds the Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation.

Amanda Ward
Director, Global Consulting Services
Amanda Ward is Director, Global Consulting Services for Paragon. In this capacity, Ms. Ward manages the implementation of new corporate accounts and develops white papers on topical industry issues within EMEA and Asia. Ms. Ward, who is based in Paragon's London office, has a wealth of relocation experience. Her relocation career started in 1994 when she was seconded by Price Waterhouse to manage their assignee population based in Moscow. She spent 8 years with GMAC GRS, where she developed the Singapore office and was involved with all aspects of running the Asia Pacific region. Upon her return to the United Kingdom, Amanda joined Emigra, a global immigration consultancy firm. Ms. Ward is a member of Worldwide ERC® and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, Europe's largest HR and development professional body.
Brad Bianucci, CRP
Project Consultant
Brad Bianucci has nine years of experience in the relocation industry and has worked in virtually every capacity as a consultant for various relocation companies. As a skilled relocation professional, he has experience providing clients and transferees with service quality, relocation benefits, homesale services, supplier relations and presentations. Currently, Brad develops new client programs, group move projects, relocation program setup and supports sales and marketing efforts. Brad obtained his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Baylor University and his MBA in Strategic Leadership from Amberton University.
Sean Ireland, CRP
Project Consultant
Sean Ireland has four years of experience in the relocation industry, having spent three of those years as a Paragon Client Relations Consultant on-site at a Fortune 50 Company. In his role as Client Relations Consultant, Sean served as the daily liaison between Paragon and various domestic and global Company departments. In his current role, Sean provides domestic and international consulting services to existing and new clients, including program development, group move projects, relocation program setup and assists with sales and marketing efforts. Sean holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism - Public Relations from Baylor University.
Cindy Nelson, CRP
Global Mobility Consultant
Cindy Nelson has nine years of experience in the real estate and relocation industry earning CRP certification as well as the GRI designation through the National Association of Realtors. Cindy began her education at The Ohio State University and Columbus State in Business and Technology. Relocating to Texas in 1997, she continued her real estate/relocation education, earning her Real Estate License followed by her Brokers' License and a strong technical background. In her current role, Cindy provides Global Mobility Consulting services which include cost estimates and pre-decision counseling to clients, research and collaboration in thought leadership projects as well as participation in Paragon Assignment Cost Estimator (PACE) and Paragon Relocation Information System Manager (PRISM 2.0™) projects.
Jennifer Morabito, CRP
Global Project Specialist
Jennifer Morabito has three years of experience as a Relocation professional and extensive experience with Customer service. She has worked in Marketing, Operations and is now taking on the exciting world of Consulting as a Global Project Specialist. She was previously a Relocation Consultant at Paragon, working with partners and vendors and transferring employees to ensure a smooth and stress-free move to the new location. Jennifer's recent relocation from California to Texas with Paragon positioned her to relate to her customer base of relocating employees from experience. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Management, Marketing and Operations from California State University, Long Beach.
