Paragon will provide a Wage and Labor Study to include:

• Data Collection and Position matching;
• Employee interviews (phone or live) and labor assessment; Availability and Quality index created;
• Wage / availability / quality data analysis to determine the best "wage thresholds" and other labor needs for the Company, and
• All results will be presented in report format with easy to read graphs and tables.
